must purchase directly from Composite Products, LLC.
- The
merchandise must be returned to us prepaid, undamaged
and in the original packaging. In the case of the shelves
and racks, we will ship them with protective coatings/coverings,
which must not be removed for your testing.
- Before
shipping the merchandise back to us, you must call us
to receive an RMA number so we can be sure to assign
the proper credit to your account after we receive and
inspect your returned item(s). No returns will be accepted
without a properly assigned RMA number.
